Has everything you need for Civ Pro class (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, select provisions of Title 28, Appendix of Forms). And it has the Federal Rules of Evidence and the US Constitution to boot. All this for only $20 - a fraction of the price of other publications. Get this one.
I was excited to get this book because it was needed for a class, however when I tried using it to find information it was missing something that other students had, FARP, no rules for Appeals. If you need appeals don't get this one. I guess there is one that has them.
It was exactly what I was looking for. Big help for my Law class. Thank you for sending it in such a short delivery time.
